La prise en charge d’un assortiment d’articles ou de merchandising publicitaires requiert beaucoup de ressources dans une entreprise. Michael Roth dirige le service Outsourcing & Fulfillment de Pandinavia depuis huit ans. « Quand j’ai commencé ici, nous nous occupions de l’outsourcing de six clients. Aujourd’hui, nous en sommes à 25, tendance à la hausse », explique Roth, dont l’équipe est entre-temps passée à cinq personnes. « La clé du succès est que nous nous occupons de chaque client individuellement. Chaque entreprise a ses propres exigences pour une solution externe et veut que son fonctionnement interne soit exactement reproduit. Au début, il y a souvent de la résistance, c’est assez normal lorsqu’une chose nouvelle est introduite. Notre rôle est toujours de faire en sorte que toutes les parties prenantes tirent à la même corde après la phase d’introduction d’un programme. Elles doivent pouvoir toutes dire: Maintenant nous avons une solution géniale, où le facteur coût-bénéfice pour une société est très intéressant. » Roth sait de quoi il parle, puisqu’il a déjà accompagné pratiquement tous les nouveaux clients lors de la phase d’introduction. Un élément important pour la distribution des articles est la boutique en ligne. Celle-ci est habituellement convenue de façon personnelle avec le client et programmée par Pandinavia. Pour une implémentation plus petite, des modèles simples sont à disposition. Pour les plus grandes sociétés, Pandinavia établit précisément des solutions qui sont liées aux programmes d’acquisition internes, de sorte qu’elles simplifient significativement le flux des valeurs et permettent au personnel d’accéder au magasin au moyen de leur identifiant d’entreprise.
